These terms of service ("Terms") are between The Evidence Locker and You, regarding your use of the platform theevidencelocker.com, its associated image hosting service, and any of its development servers which may exist now or in the future (collectively, "TEL")
Users, user accounts, or victims (collectively, "Users") are individuals that submit information and evidence to TEL about their abuse ("Exhibits", or collectively, "TEL data").
Your TEL account is nontransferable. You will not buy, sell, gift, loan, or otherwise grant a third party access to your TEL account. You will not provide a third party with your TEL password, two-factor secret, or two-factor authentication code.
We do not represent or warrant that access to TEL will be error-free or uninterrupted, or without defect, and we do not guarantee that you will be able to access or use TEL at all times.
You understand and acknowledge that material appearing on or through TEL are not intended to, and do not constitute, medical or legal advice.
Use of TEL does not constitute an attorney-client relationship.
You may choose to submit medical information as part of your TEL data; such a decision shall not create a doctor-patient relationship.
TEL does not claim ownership of any content submitted to TEL. However, in order to provide the service, we need your permission to process, display, reproduce, and distribute content you make available to us.
You grant TEL a permanent, worldwide, and irrevocable license to do the following with all content that you submit to TEL:

You will not hold TEL liable for your damages arising from any of the following:
You accept full liability for all content you submit to TEL, and indemnify TEL from all such liability.
You consent to the use of electronic signatures when attesting to the truthfulness of content you submit to your Locker
You acknowledge that your electronic signatures are legally equivalent to a handwritten signature. You accept responsibility for any actions that arise as a consequence of such electronic signatures.
You authorize TEL to display your TEL data to other individuals with a valid sharing link that was generated (and not yet revoked) by You.
In the event that you choose to upload medical information as part of your TEL data, you authorize TEL to disclose it in the same manner described above.
A failure by TEL in one or more instances to insist upon your strict adherence to these terms, shall not be construed as a waiver of any continuing or subsequent violations of these terms.
If one clause of these Terms or the Content Policy is determined by a court to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms and Content Policy shall remain in force.
These terms contain all the terms and conditions agreed upon by you and TEL regarding your use of the TEL service. No other agreement, oral or otherwise, will be deemed to exist or to bind either of the parties to this agreement.
TEL may periodically update these Terms. When this happens, TEL will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such changes.
Whenever TEL updates these Terms, your continued use of the TEL platform constitutes your agreement to the updated terms of service.
This agreement shall be interpreted solely in accordence with, and governed solely by, the laws of the state of New Hampshire. You consent to the sole jurisdiction of the state of New Hampshire in resolving any dispute arising from this agreement.

That list is incorporated into these Terms by this reference. However, the list may be updated without notice. For the safety of our Users, TEL reserves the right to make retroactive additions to the list.
