Evidence Locker ready for alpha testing

Basic features have been completed, including:

• Saving, signing, and locking of evidence entries
• Registration and verification of law enforcement accounts
• Sharing one's content with law enforcement

To begin, select Victims -> Victim Login from the menu bar above.

Planned features include the ability to attach a photograph to an evidence entry.
