TEL v1.0: UI cleanup, sharing improvements, and full launch

TEL version 1.0 brings several UI/UX improvements, sharing improvements, bug fixes, and the official end of beta testing!

New Features

• Users can now generate a public share link for their signed Locker contents. Click "Export or Print Locker" in the right sidebar from your main profile page. A QR code and public share link will be located at the bottom. Public links may be revoked at any time in your settings.
• Unsigned Exhibits can now be deleted from the Exhibit page. This is permanent.

UI Improvements

• Editing an unsigned Exhibit now takes place in an on-page popup, rather than redirecting to a reskinned version of the "Create Exhibit" page.
• Signature data has been similarly moved to an on-page popup, rather than its own page.
• All multi-line textboxes now auto-expand as needed
• Overhauled the way dark mode colors are computed from light mode colors. Dark mode colors should now be more consistent with natural expectations.
• Made the dark mode toggle button show its function when hovering over it.

Bugfixes

• Fixed an error that would occur when creating a new text-only Exhibit. Thank you to "FG" for identifying and reporting this bug.
