Terms of Service update: Removal of outdated sections and alignment with current features

Today (07 Mar 2023) the TEL terms of service are being updated to better align with the currently available features:

• Removed outdated sections referencing "police" type accounts, which no longer exist
• Removed outdated sections referencing the sharing of Exhibits with law enforcement agencies, a feature which also no longer exists
• Added terms dealing with the share links and exporting features, which replaced the police accounts and agencies features.
• Added more terms regarding the use of electronic signatures, in keeping with industry best practices.

These updated terms go into effect immediately.
